SEARCH MLS FOR NEW DFW HOMES - STEP # 2

How to use the Dynamic Agent to search for NEW DFW Homes for Sale. Note not all NEW HOMES are listed in the MLS System.

 

1. Simply enter your search information. Keep your search parameters to a minimum. For example if you use the "SUBDIVISION" Form entry and enter the phrase "STONEBRIDGE RANCH" and have "EXACT" clicked, then only those listings that contain the phrase "STONEBRIDGE RANCH" will appear in your listing results. If a LISTING AGENT only entered "STONEBRIDGE" in their listing you will not see that listing (even though it is inside Stonebridge Ranch!) because it is NOT an EXACT MATCH. It is better to simply list the ZIP CODE of 75070 and rely upon YEAR BUILT, PRICE RANGE, SQUARE FEET, BEDROOMS, etc in order to get a more COMPLETE LISTING. If you use SUBDIVISION use "CONTAINS" and just say STONEBRIDGE or what every SUBDIVISION you are specifically searching in (but be aware that you may not be getting ALL ACTIVE LISTINGS!). I am sorry to say that MANY REAL ESTATE AGENTS do not list the NECESSARY DETAILS into their LISTINGS in MLS to allow a FULL SEARCH of all homes in a SPECIFIC SUBDIVISION.

 

2. Simply enter your search information.
